Stage 3: In-Flight Navigation (Delivery Arsenal)
Multi-Gen Classroom Playbook
Civil engineers understand structures but hate syntax. Site workers understand operations but may have tech anxiety.
Delivery Pro-Tips
- No Typing Code: If a student types syntax, pause class. Manual edits desynchronize the agent's memory map.
- Security Framing: Tell students: "The sandbox is your safety harness. You can't break corporate servers."
Key Teaching Analogies
Stage 4: Post-Flight (Bi-Weekly Syncs & Iterative Scaling)
Ongoing 1 quarter of cohort support, code clinics, architectural reviews, and production scaling.
The AI Construction Foreman: Managing AI to Build Without Collapsing
When you ask AI to add a new button or field, does it wipe your existing table or cut off halfway? You haven't failed—you've hit the Overcrowded Drawing Trap. In Cohort 2 Sync #2 (Delivered Wednesday, 4 November 2026), we put on our Gamuda Foreman hats: mastering the IBS Prefab method (Look vs. Brains vs. Data), the "Do-Not-Touch" Permit-to-Work prompt rule, and the 3-step F12 black screen console triage.
Never cast the toilet sink inside the foundation column. Separate Look (index.html), Brains (app.js), and Records (data.json) so changing one never cracks the other.
Put up scaffolding and barricades. Tell the AI the exact Authorized Work Zone and No-Go Barricade functions so it stops knocking down working walls.
Screen goes blank? Don't panic or guess. Press F12, copy the red console error line & line number, and feed that exact line back to Antigravity.
